Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence employees’ intention to use artificial intelligence (AI) in
the logistics industry within the Southern Key Economic Region of Viet Nam. Based on the extended Theory of Acceptance and
Use of Technology (UTAUT), the study surveyed 270 workers and analyzed the data using SPSS software. The results show that
Performance Expectancy (PE), Social Influence (SI) and Trust in AI (TR) have a positive impact, whereas AI Anxiety (AA)
negatively impacts usage intention. Conversely, Effort Expectancy (EE) and Facilitating Conditions (FC) are not statistically
significant. This study contributes to supplementing the theoretical framework and offers practical implications for organizations seeking to enhance the effective adoption of AI.
