In the modern era of information, the integration of new technologies into the
field of education, especially in teaching English, is increasingly prevalent. Augmented
Reality (AR) technology can assist humans in connecting with the world and accessing
real-time information, opening new opportunities for the learning process. Applying AR
technology in English language classrooms helps students actively explore knowledge and
enhances interaction between teachers and students. This creates opportunities to develop
students’ creativity and imagination, facilitate more effective acquisition of a second
language. This article explores teaching resources that integrate AR technology into
English language instruction.

Behavior of reinforced concrete (RC) underground structures monology subject to explosive loads in the clay and rock environment

The process of forming compression waves acting on structures when exploding in
heterogeneous soil and rock environments is relatively complex. However, with the support of
computers and specialized calculation software, that process will be simulated and calculated more
easily. This article evaluates the behavior of monolithic reinforced concrete structures subjected to
explosive loads in homogeneous clay environments and heterogeneous clay environments mixed with
rubble. There are currently no research or modeling articles on this content. This study uses the material
model of G.R Johnson and T. J. Holmquist [1] to model brittle materials such as concrete and rock, the
Mohr-Coulomb ideal elastic model is used to model the soil environment. . The “Jones-Wilkins-Lee”
equation of state (JWL equation of state) is used to calculate the explosion pressure caused by bombs.
The simulations were performed on ABAQUS 2022 software and used the Coupled Eulerian -
Lagrangian (CEL) method to obtain the results. The research content clearly shows the ability to reduce
the pressure of compression waves on reinforced concrete underground structures when mixed with
crushed rock around the structure during the external leveling process.

Designing optimal material selection for manufacturing car wheel rims

The selection of suitable material for manufacturing wheel rim is essential to
address the issue of weight reduction while ensuring the load-bearing capacity of the wheel
rims during vehicle movement on the road. In this study, the research team designed a 3D
model of the wheel rim using Solidworks software. Afterwards, a numerical simulation
model using Ansys Workbench software was constructed to calculate the load-bearing
capacity of the wheel rim under two conditions: stationary and moving, using four different
materials including steel alloy, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, and titanium. From the
calculated results, the research team concluded that aluminum remains a suitable material
for manufacturing wheel rims. This is due to its appropriate mechanical properties, ease of
fabrication, cost-effectiveness, and the significant weight reduction achieved when wheel
rims are manufactured using aluminum material.

Implementation of the DMAIC Approach for Quality Improvement in the Garment Industry: A case study

This study aims to implement the Lean Six Sigma method on Jean products in a
garment company in Vietnam to reduce the defect rate. The methodology is based on the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) approach. In addition, the
paper also uses other tools, such as the SIPOC model, Pareto chart, fishbone diagram, and control chart, to propose ideas to enhance factory quality. After more than 1 month, the results show that applying quality management tools based on the DMAIC process has decreased the defect rate from 4.40% to 1.06%.

Augmented Reality application for learning chemistry

Reality (AR), allowing the integration of virtual objects into the real-world view using the camera and display of the device. AR has been embraced as an effective learning method, becoming a supplementary approach to traditional teaching methods, especially in the field of chemistry. In fact, AR provides an interactive experience in the real-world environment. Before the emergence of affordable smart devices, the widespread application of AR in education was almost impossible. After a brief analysis of the current trends in AR usage, we propose a new application called AR Chemistry to support the learning of chemistry.

Survey of the relationship between the incidence of hypertension and physiological factors of people aged 25 to 64 years in Thu Dau Mot city

Background: Hypertension has been described as a factor associated with
metabolic syndrome, meaning that people with high blood pressure will have an abnormal
number of physiological indicators of the body. Thu Dau Mot City is a young city with a
high average standard of living and converging factors affecting people's cardiovascular
health such as eating habits, living habits, and exercise. Materials and method: The study
was conducted on a sample size of 1,920 people who were collected by the Probability
Proportional to Size (PPS) method with standard gauges that were checked for parameters
before collecting data. Results: people with hypertension have a higher risk of statistically
significant increase in physiological indices (p < .05) compared to healthy people such as
overweight and obesity BMI (1.37; 1.06-1.77), high waist-to-hip ratio (1.39; 1.16-1.69),
high total cholesterol (1.77; 1.48-2.11), triglycerides (1.8; 1, 53-2.11), LDL (1.44; 1.24-
1.68) and blood sugar (1.49; 1.05-2.11), the results similar in both men and women.
Conclusion: People with hypertension should pay attention on measures to adjust the body's
physiological indicators to prevent other opportunistic diseases.

Survey on the drugs using to treat asthma in outpatients under 12 years old at Thuan An Medical Center

Asthma is the most common chronic lung disease in children, greatly affecting
children's daily life, learning, and physical activity. With the desire to learn about the
situation of drug use in treating asthma in children, especially at medical facilities in Binh
Duong, we focus on the content "Survey on the drugs using to treat asthma in outpatients
under 12 years old at Thuan An Medical Center". The results showed that all drugs used to
treat asthma in pediatrics under 12 are as the same as recommendation in guideline issued
by Ministry of Health. Among those anti-asthma drugs, bronchodilator such as salbutamol
is the most commonly prescribed with the rate 65,19%; 2-drug-combination therapy is
mostly applied in asthma management (rate of 70,71%).

Research on the Process of Producing Flexible Salanganes Nest Yogurt

The product of soft yogurt with Salanganes Nest is an exquisite combination of
common food, yogurt, and precious natural ingredient, Salanganes Nest. The research was
conducted by surveying various elasticizing additives such as Gelatin, agar-agar, and
pectin. Subsequently, a study was conducted on 1 liter of yogurt with different
concentrations of additives: 6g, 8g, 10g; Gum Tragacanth content: 15g, 25g, 35g;
Salanganes Nest content: 1g, 2g, 3g. The research also included an examination of the
product's quality and microbiological criteria over a refrigerated storage period of 7 days
and 10 days. The research results indicate that the optimal technical parameters for the
process of making soft yogurt with bird's nest include the use of pectin as the suitable
additive with a concentration of 8g/l, Gum Tragacanth content of 25g/l, and Salanganes
Nest content of 2g/l.

Preparation and evaluation of antibacterial effect of herbal mouthwash containing extract of Citrus hystrix DC.

The oval shaped oral cavity contains surfaces overed with bacteria that causes
various tooth problems such as decay, gingivitis, sensitive teeth, root infection, bad breath
and enamel erosion. The role of herbal plants, including Citrus hystrix DC., is significant in
the development of many mouthwash formulations. In the present research, antibacterial
activity of a herbal mouthwash containing Citrus hystrix DC. has been investigated. The leaf
extraction of Citrus hystrix DC. was carried out for preparation of mouthwash. Two
formulations of mouthwash were prepared by using alcoholic leaves extract of Citrus hystrix
DC., Citrus hystrix essential oil, boric acid, ethanol, sodium chloride and evaluated for
different parameters like colour, pH, turbidity and tability studies. Measurement of inhibition
zone diameter to determine antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli và Streptococcus
mutans of herbal mouthwash using the agar hole method. Research results show that all 2
formulations of herbal mouthwash have the ability to inhibit the growth of all 2 tested strains of bacteria with agar hole diameter varying from 17.72 - 21.33 mm. Herbal mouthwash was successfully prepared. The herbal mouthwash is homogeneous, stable and has antibacterial activity.

Impact of social media on students' academic efficiency at Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh city

This article studies the impact of social media on student learning outcomes.
Survey data includes 184 students from various majors at Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City. Using a quantitative research methods, the research results show that except for the resource sharing factor, the remaining factors of social media have a positive impact on learning outcomes in descending order such as communication ability, perceived ease of use, erception of usefulness, commitment and collaborative learning. The research results highlight communication ability as a new point in the impact of communication on student learning outcomes. The research results are the basis for the authors to propose administrative implications to recommend appropriate social network usage behavior so as not to affect students' academic results.

Assessment of logistics network in the Mekong Delta region using multi-criteria decision making model

In the context of robust economic growth, the logistics sector has emerged as a
vital component within contemporary supply chains. The operational efficiency of logistics
systems not only influences investment appeal but also plays a pivotal role in optimizing
business transportation procedures. Technological advancements in this domain not only
bolster transportation capacities but also elevate the quality of logistics operations while
mitigating congestion at key transit points such as ports, border checkpoints, industrial
zones, and urban centers. This research proposes a comprehensive multi-criteria decisionmaking framework that integrates the CRITIC and TOPSIS methodologies to evaluate the
operational efficacy of goods logistics systems across 13 provinces and cities in the
Mekong Delta region. Utilizing CRITIC, the model assigns weights to various criteria
encompassing economic, infrastructural, social, and environmental dimensions,
subsequently employing TOPSIS to rank the logistics networks within these provinces. The
findings of this study furnish local decision-makers with a multifaceted perspective, aiding
in informed decision-making and offering precise insights into the considerations essential
for devising logistics service strategies and policies in the Mekong Delta region.

Promoting the value of Oc Eo cultural heritage in An Giang for the development of interprovincial tourism in the Southern Region

Applying the Smart Retail Target Management System to promote digital transformation at Vietnamese commercial banks

Applying Artificial Intelligence in converting communication between public service facilities and Vietnamese people through Chatbot-based applications in Vietnam

Applying Machine Learning method in stock trading by indicator using Python programming language

The stock market is always considered a highly potential investment channel for
the public. However, it is often characterized by unpredictable fluctuations that require
investors to continuously monitor and analyze the market with a huge amount of data. This
research was conducted to implement machine learning methods in automated stock trading
based on indicators, aiding investors in evaluating the effectiveness of trading strategies
based on these indicators and suggesting the most appropriate investment portfolios, thus
minimizing the time and effort spent on data processing. Specifically, the application
process we developed and implemented involves four steps: (i) data collection, (ii)
automated trading based on indicators (SMA, Bollinger Bands, RSI, MACD), (iii) building
an optimal investment portfolio based on automated trading results using the Sharpe ratio
method, and (iv) testing and evaluating the trading results with new data. Using data
collected from VN30 stocks, the study results demonstrate that trading based on indicators,
coupled with proposing an optimal investment portfolio, yields high profit rates and
minimizes risks for investors.

Building effective and efficient local government under the spirit of the 2013 Constitution

Legal perspectives on inflation: Implications for economic growth in 45 nations

Inflation, a phenomenon with far-reaching social and economic implications,
has gained heightened attention in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, prompting global
scrutiny. This study examines the current state of inflation across 45 nations and reevaluates
its interplay with economic growth, focusing on the years 2010 through 2021. Utilizing
methodologies including Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), fixed effects, and random effects
models, we analyze the legal ramifications of inflation on economic development and
discern disparities between developed and developing jurisdictions. The goal of the study
is to investigate the current state of global inflation and its relationship to economic
development using a sample of 45 nations for the years 2010 through 2021. Our findings
underscore the dual impact of inflation on economic growth, with implications for legal
frameworks and regulatory approaches. There was a negative impact of inflation on the
economic growth in both 45 countries and each group of countries in the period from 2010
to 2021. In contrast, inflation remained positive with economic growth during the COVID-
19 pandemic period from 2019 to 2021. The motivation of this research paper is to fill the
gap with previous studies, providing an overview and more objective results for the
inflation situation as well as its impact on economic growth.

Legal Provisions on Grievances, Denunciations, and Dispute Resolution in Medical Examination and Treatment Activities – Current Status and Some Suggestions for Improvement

Currently, the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment has provided specific
regulations on complaints, denunciations and dispute resolution in medical examination and
treatment activities to serve the timely adjustment of related arising issues. However, besides
the positive aspects achieved, there still exist a number of certain limitations and
shortcomings, which significantly affect the legitimate rights and interests of relevant entities.
This article aims to elucidate the legal provisions on grievances, denunciations, and dispute
resolution in medical examination and treatment activities, highlighting the existing
limitations and deficiencies in regulations and law enforcement on this matter. Consequently,
it proposes some recommendations to enhance the legal framework concerning grievances,
denunciations, and dispute resolution in the healthcare sector, thereby contributing to
improving the quality of medical services in Vietnam.

and recorded in the 2013 Constitution - the supreme legal document of the Socialist
Republic of Vietnam. Among the groups of human rights recognized in Chapter II of the

rights closely associated with state management activities, serving as a means to express
the democratic rights of the people and exercise their oversight over the state apparatus.
This article provides an overview of human rights; the right of grievance and denunciation;
legal provisions on grievances, denunciations, and some mechanisms to ensure the exercise
of the right of grievance and denunciation at present. This presents evaluative viewpoints
and directions for further improvement to enhance the effectiveness of exercising these
rights in practice

Some solutions for implementing social assistance and functional rehabilitation for children with autism

Vietnam has a tradition of "helping each other in difficulties," but efforts to
implement social assistance and functional recovery for children with autism in Vietnam
are still lacking. In implementing social support and rehabilitation for autistic children,
there are some practical barriers, such as the legal framework in the provisions of the Law
on Persons with disabilities 2010 which still has certain gaps in social support and
rehabilitation for autistic children. The Party and State's policies have initially paid
attention to autistic children but there is still a lack of implementation conditions, and there
is still some incomplete awareness of autistic children in general; stigma against persons
with disabilities, discrimination against persons with disabilities, social work still has some
unprofessional points. Internal barriers of autistic children such as the inability to live
independently without a caregiver nearby. This article examines in-depth some solutions
for implementing social assistance and functional recovery for children with autism in
Vietnam today.

Several perspectives on parties with relevant rights and obligations in Civil Enforcement Proceedings

In civil enforcement proceedings, individuals with related rights and obligations
are significant entities, frequently appearing alongside the parties subject to enforcement
and those obligated to enforce. However, the approach to this subject matter is still not
rational, leading to numerous overlapping and conflicting regulations that require further
amendments and supplements for consistency. This article will present three main topics:
(i) current legal provisions regarding individuals with related rights and obligations in civil
enforcement proceedings; (ii) some practical challenges in civil enforcement proceedings
regarding the regulation of individuals with related rights and obligations; (iii) proposing
some solutions to amend and supplement the provisions regarding individuals with related
rights and obligations in civil enforcement proceedings to contribute to enhancing the
effectiveness of civil enforcement activities in the future.
