Abstract

This study focuses on identifying and analyzing the factors that influence the
competitiveness of businesses in the tourism sector in Binh Duong province. By using a linear
regression model and SPSS software, the research conducted a survey of 216 tourism businesses
in the province. The results show that the key factors affecting competitiveness include: service
quality, innovation strategy, information technology, human resources capacity, and business
environment, with service quality being the most significant factor. These findings provide a
basis for proposing implications to improve the competitiveness of tourism businesses in Binh
Duong, contributing to the sustainable development of the industry in the region.
