The current status of training quality at AVEC English Language Center and upgraded solutions to improve its rate

English is being used more frequently and commonly around the world.
Consequently, it is evident that there is a huge demand for studying foreign languages in
Vietnam in general, and in Binh Duong in particular. The training quality is the result of
all components that made up by the training system and the training process working in a
specific context results in high-quality development, which aids in the long-term,
sustainable growth of foreign language centers. Improving training quality is the main key
of all English Language Centers, especially at AVEC. It is the crucial factor to attract more
learners, and enhance their reputation. This article's goal is to evaluate the current level of
training quality using 5 criteria including: (1) curriculum; (2) employees, and
administration team; (3) tests, and final courses evaluations (the effectiveness of students'
learning); (4) facilities, teaching material and resources (software); (5) customers’ service.
From this current state, AVEC English Language Center gives out upgraded solutions to
aim better result for AVEC in particular as well as many other language centers in Binh
Duong in general.`
