The research on human resources in seafood enterprises in Cà Mau province is
a critical endeavor. This study aims to identify factors influencing human resource
development in these enterprises and propose solutions to enhance their potential.
Employing qualitative methods, the author establishes a research model and develops
metrics. Quantitative methods gauge the impact of each factor on human resource
development in Cà Mau's seafood enterprises. The study underscores five key factors
contributing to human resource development: (1) Recruitment and personnel selection, (2)
Work environment, (3) Compensation policies, (4) Vocational training and career
advancement, (5) Employer branding. Equipping Cà Mau's seafood enterprises with vital
insights, this research aids in elevating their human resource development strategies and
fostering the growth of the seafood industry in Ca Mau.
