The article aims to measure factors affecting customer satisfaction with
VinaPhone mobile information services in Bac Lieu province. Thereby, we propose some
implications for corporate governance to improve customer satisfaction. The article has
systematized the theoretical and practical basis of VinaPhone mobile service, customer
satisfaction with the quality of VinaPhone mobile service. Therefor, proposed management
implications for VinaPhone in Bac Lieu province include: (i) Company image; (ii) Service
quality; (iii) Customer care; (iv)Coverage area; (v) Convenience; (vi) Added value; (vii)
Internet access speed; (viii) Service price. Research with the expectation of contributing to
improving customer satisfaction using VinaPhone mobile services in Bac Lieu province.
