Researching the dynamics of the crankshaftconnecting rod mechanism plays a fundamental role in
evaluating load distribution, checking structural fatigue,
and balancing internal combustion engines (Nguyễn,
2021). Traditional manual calculation and graphical
methods for dynamic diagrams are time-consuming,
labor-intensive, and highly prone to human accumulation
errors. This paper proposes an efficient solution by
utilizing Microsoft Excel to build a numerical computation
program and automate the generation of engine dynamic
graphs. Based on mathematical spreadsheet algorithms,
the authors successfully constructed a synchronized
system of development graphs plotted against the
crankshaft rotation angle (α), including: the gas force
graph (Pkt), the inertial force graph (Pj), the composite
piston force graph (P1), the tangential force graph (T), the
normal force graph (Z), and the crankpin polar load
diagram. The mathematical model was validated and
verified using the nominal technical specifications of the
Zil-130 V8 gasoline engine (Vy và cộng sự, 2006). The
research results provide an intuitive, practical
educational tool that significantly enhances the teaching
quality, coursework assignments, and scientific research
in the field of Automotive Engineering Technology
