This study aims to identify and measure the
factors influencing job satisfaction among
Generation Z office employees in Ho Chi Minh
City. Based on Social Exchange Theory and
theories of organizational behavior, the research
model was developed and tested using Partial
Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling
(PLS-SEM). The data were collected from 200
valid observations. The analysis results indicate
that out of the 10 research hypotheses tested, 7
hypotheses were supported, while the remaining
3 hypotheses were not supported by the
research model. The findings contribute
empirical evidence to the field of human resource
management in the context of a young workforce
and provide managerial implications to help
organizations improve human resource
management policies and enhance job
satisfaction among Generation Z employees
