In the context of an increasingly dynamic and
highly competitive business environment,
employee creativity has become a critical factor
that enables organizations to enhance
innovation capability and sustain competitive
advantage. However, the psychological
mechanisms underlying the relationship between
transformational leadership and employee
creativity have not yet been fully clarified.
Addressing this research gap, the present study
aims to examine the effect of transformational
leadership on employee creativity through the
mediating roles of psychological empowerment
and intrinsic motivation. This research is
expected to contribute to a deeper understanding
of the psychological mechanisms linking
leadership and employee creativity, while also
providing managerial implications for promoting
creativity and enhancing innovation performance
within organizations
