Abstract

In this research, we explore the current situation, processes, and resulting
improvements achieved at Phuc Dai An Manufacture Service Trading One Member
Company Limited. In today’s era of advancing technology, with constant innovations and
challenges, many companies face fierce competition in the economic market. Phuc Dai An
Manufacture Service Trading One Member Company Limited is also confronting several
issues, such as non-standardized warehouse import–export procedures, material waste, and
inefficient layout design. To address these problems, the company has implemented
improvements in warehouse layout, import–export procedures, and area zoning
regulations. These measures have helped the company optimize floor space and reduce
search time.
