Improving production flow at BB Nguyen limited liability company

Abstract

Manufacturing systems exhibit multiple categories of waste phenomena. Each waste category significantly influences organizational production expenditures. Transportation inefficiencies and spatial layout deficiencies constitute predominant waste manifestations within manufacturing operations. BB Nguyen Limited Liability Company identified these operational deficiencies and subsequently executed systematic enhancements to production facility configuration and process flow optimization. This study delineates the methodological approaches and results obtained through the systematic production improvement initiative implemented at the manufacturing facility.
