Applying Artificial Intelligence in converting communication between public service facilities and Vietnamese people through Chatbot-based applications in Vietnam

Today's scientific and technical advances have motivated government agencies
to take certain actions in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to many public service fields
(For example: Education, healthcare...), economics, human management, resource and
environment management, etc.). Therefore, the following in-depth research is needed on
applying AI technology to improve the quality of communication between people and the
government, especially public service establishments in Vietnam. The article serves as a
reference in researching the application of AI technology to improve the quality of public
services of the Government and the technology mentioned in the article is “Chatbot”. The
research method is based on collecting secondary data, which synthesizes scientific
research articles published in reputable scientific journals, with topics related to the article.
The core goal of the research is to provide evidence showing the disadvantages of applying
AI specifically "Chatbot" in improving the quality of communication between citizens and
the government.
