Solutions to improve the efficiency of state management for enterprises in the field of telecommunications and information technology in Binh Duong province

Abstract

This article studies the current state of state management of telecommunications
and information technology applications in the activities of state agencies in Binh Duong
province; Thereby, proposing solutions to overcome the shortcomings and limitations in
order to perfect the state management of information technology application in the
activities of state agencies in Binh Duong province. Using qualitative research methods
through dividing the state management of information technology into small areas for
research. Research results show that in order to meet the increasing requirements of the
development of telecommunications and information technology, we need to continue to
innovate and strengthen, consolidate and perfect the management apparatus; raising
awareness about the role of telecommunications and information technology applications;
perfecting the system of legal documents, mechanisms and policies related to information
technology application development; strengthen the training of staff specialized in telecommunications and information technology, and the contingent of state management
staff in telecommunications and information technology applications.
