Based on the review and adaptation of theories proposed by both domestic and
international scholars, this study systematizes the theoretical foundations of employee work
motivation, including relevant concepts, evaluation methods, analytical approaches, and
proposes several managerial implications to enhance motivation among employees at
Corporation 28. The analysis results reveal that four key factors significantly influence
employees’ work motivation, namely: (1) Income and benefits, (2) Rewards and discipline,
(3) Coworker relationships, and (4) Working conditions. Accordingly, the study proposes
several managerial solutions to strengthen employee motivation, such as developing a
transparent and fair salary increment roadmap on an annual basis; paying greater attention
to employees’ material and mental well-being; and enhancing production efficiency to
improve wage and bonus policies. In addition, it is essential to refine performance appraisal
and reward–discipline processes to ensure fairness and transparency; foster a collaborative
work environment that encourages effective teamwork among employees; and promote
knowledge sharing between senior and younger workers. Furthermore, the company should
adjust working hours more flexibly, organize competitive movements and recognize
outstanding individuals, and encourage proactivity and creativity in the workplace so that
employees feel more inspired, committed, and motivated to contribute to the organization.
