Abstract

The study was carried out on "State management of job creation for young people in
Ca Mau city, Ca Mau province", the results have assessed the status of state management of

with professional qualifications; Youth employment aspirations; Factors affecting the decision
to choose a job; Causes of youth unemployment; The aspirations of young people to participate

limitations and serving as a basis to propose 4 groups of solutions as follows: (1) Propaganda,

management of labor export for youth. The research results are a reference source for the state
