In recent years, statistical figures present the proportion of Vietnamese people who are in mental illnesses is alarmingly increasing (around 30% of the Vietnamese population now), reflecting a gap of not only medical and educational institutions of community but also the cognition of individuals about their own spiritual life. This study applies a systematic - structural approach to generalize the unconsciousness in Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theories - a theory of self-reflection, deeply exploring the nature of human mind and how it works. The results of this work promise to evoke a solution to our current problems of social life, from its humanistic meanings: if each person is able to better understand himself, she will know how to treat her psychological pain by herself and avoid hurting others.
