Gerbera jamesonii (Gerbera jamesonii) has become an important ornamental plant in the world in recent years. These results have show, Gerbera jamesonii after 6 weeks of culture with a height of about 5cm and the number leaves from 3 pair of leaves. Gerbera is cultured on MS media (Murashige and Skoog, 1962) supplemented with 7% sucrose on 1 litter, Gibberellin (GA3) 6 mg/l results in vitro flower buds 44% in total sample plants.
